| Dr.
Baez is a compassionate and dedicated
physician. She believes in empowering
the soul while applying evidence based
medicine for changes in the patient's
lives to be effective and long lasting.
Dr.
Baez received her Medical Degree from
the Dominican Republic in 1990. She
completed her Psychiatric Residency at
Wake Forest University, Bowman Gray
School of Medicine in Winston-Salem,
North Carolina.
She
is Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry
and has Additional Qualifications in
Geriatric Psychiatry and Addiction
Medicine. She is also certified as a
Medical Review Officer. She has many
years of experience in the field of
Adult Psychiatry as well as field of
Adult Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine
including detoxification.
Dr.
Baez has been in private practice in
Broward County since 1999. Dr. Baez has
been serving as Medical Director for the
Outpatient Behavioral Health Department
of the Memorial Healthcare System since
2005. She is also a consultant
Psychiatrist for the Department of
Health, Cleveland Clinic, the
Intervention Project for Nurses, IPN
and the Physician Resource Network, PRN.
