The organization will receive referrals

independent evaluation by a provider
coordinated by PRN.
The evaluation on an outpatient
setting last an average of an hour and a
preliminary report is sent to PRN with
the recommendations.
A formal report will follow on
average of about a week after the
appoitment.
At times as part of the evaluation
urine, hair, saliva or blood testing is
required.
The sample may be collected at
the time of the assessment or referral
sources will be given to the
participant.
The recommendations at times will be
discussed with the participant prior to
his/her departure but at other times the
recommendations will not yet be
available and will be discussed by the
PRN case manager.
